There is no denying that TikTok has shaken up the social media world. TikTok celebrates storytellers and targets a younger demographic with content such as dance videos, but with the amount of other entertaining videos now being shared on the app, no wonder the app grows in accounts each day. There are currently 800 million active users on the platform worldwide, with the average user spending 52 minutes on the app each day. It’s evident that the TikTok phenomenon isn’t slowing down anytime soon with competing apps such as Instagram and Facebook implementing the promotion of similar video software such as Reels. So, with so many users loving the 3-minute maximum videos, what are they getting hooked on watching? Simply, life hacks have been some of the most viral videos on the platform. It may sound simple, but some of these hacks have entirely changed how I now go about my life! Here are my top five life hacks that TikTok taught me.
